Mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering, coordinated with architecture, equipment, and other project requirements & variables
Detailed construction documentation including all specifications, details and information needed for permitting, pricing, and construction
Deliverables include stamped certified Architectural / Interior Design and Engineering Construction Documents (CDs)
Facilitation of permit application submission with local building department
Assistance with contractor selection, including the vetting of any prospective contractor
Facilitation of contractor(s) pricing, through open-book negotiation or competitive bid
Ongoing and full-time communication and coordination with the contractor
Ongoing construction observation for conformance to the design
